Hazel passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2012.
Hazel was a resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at 1:00pm at Janowiak Funeral Home with Pastor Marty Carter of the Ypsilanti Assembly of God officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. The family will recieve friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00am until the time of her service.
