SALBUT, Waldemar Jacek "Jack". October 31, 2012. Age 47. Proud and loving father of Devin, Jacob and Emma Salbut. Beloved son of Helena and the late Mieczyslaw; dear brother of Thomas (Holly Heron) and the late Ann (Artur) Wyszynski and the late Andrew. Also survived by his niece Jessica (Ryan) Stepke and nephew Eric Wyszynski. Jack loved life and enjoyed living it to the fullest.
