Frank Perry Keeney, age 80, Ann Arbor, died at home on November 26, 2012.
He was born July 29, 1932, in Tecumseh, to John Rogers and Dorothy (Elton) Keeney. On December 31, 1952, he married Kathleen Elaine Schultz in Onsted and she survives.
