Jack passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012.
Jack was a resident of Garden City, Michigan at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy.
Visitation Sunday 1pm-8pm. Funeral service Monday11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).
