Emile J. Goyette, age 84 of Eastpointe, Michigan passed away in Detroit on Monday, December 17, 2012. He was born in Detroit to Emile and Yvonne Goyette on Friday, September 21, 1928. A graduate from St. Vincent High School, Emile began a devoted 20 year career with the Detroit Freepress from 1973 until retirement in 1993.
