He was born September 15, 1970 in Detroit the son of Vincent and Linda (nee: Hamilton) Foltz.
Steven is survived by his children, Jaime Lynn Foltz and Steven Foltz Jr; parents, Vincent and Linda Foltz; brothers, Jeff (Rosa Linda) Foltz and Scott Foltz. He is also the uncle of Sebastian, Marco, and Giuliana.
