Walter James "Jim" Baetens passed away on March 6, 2013 at William Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe at the age of 84. He was born on May 2, 1928; son of Omer and Lottie Baetens. Mr. Baetens served our country proudly in the United States Navy during WWII. Jim had a truck route as a beer distributer in the Detroit area.
