Peter Van DerHeyden Jr., age 65, of Sterling Heights, died Aug. 19, 2012. He was born Oct. 11, 1946 in Detroit the son of Peter and Iverne (Fowler) Van DerHeyden. His parents both preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughters: Amy (Rick) Sutcliffe, Shannon (John) Easterly, and Tammie (Paul) Thompson; 6 grandchildren; Brothers and sisters: Thomas, June (Parkus) Chambers, Kathy (Dan) Burger, Edna Schroeder, and the late Martin, Beverly, and David.
